  IMF is run by europe. Worldbank by us, Asian fund by japan. Now china will spearhead the aiib. Why can't african nations come.together and form their own infrastructure fund? Each nation will contribute their quota and the monies will be used to provide infrastructure projects. Interest and profits will the divided based on the success of the Fund. Africa, wake up! Stop going to imf, worldbank etc for loans with high interest...Oh Lawd!
