Ato, I think you rather needs "exchange skills" training. Hover's calculation is based on gallon and not liter, so I'm not sure why you're making a mess of yourself
price in USA is $2.50 for 4 liters.. or 62 cents per liter!
petro price are $2.50-$2.75 9n southern USA..$3. per gal in New York! gal=4 liters...so 4 liters for 10.75 cedi-11.83 cedi per gal
buy at cheap station just like in america you buy grocerys at Walmart or dollar tree (every thing in store $1)
