  The government needs some recommendations for at least distributing free fertilizers to prospective cocoa farmers. I think this is a clear manifestation of the fulfilment of the better Ghana promised by his excellency John Dramani Mahama. I believe this will be replicated in the other cocoa growing regions ad well.

  May I know if the fertilizer distribution is for the whole country of which Asante-Akim and Ejisu-Juaben is part.I'm yet to see free fertilizer distribution in this constituencies.
