  Vodafone was never in Nigeria, it was rather Vodacom, a South African company that was in Nigeria. West Blue had a good business model in Nigeria but this same man that is saying they failed is the one that frustrated them with his union. I'm into importation and I know most freight forwarders hate reforms because the old modus operandi helps them to evade taxes. This man is just a greedy freight forwarder.

  The truth is that West Blue dio not have the capacity they always claim to have. Destination Inspection as was to be led by WB in Nigeria collapsed like a pack of card. I have been involved in the computerization of NCS since 1996 until I retired as a Comptroller of Customs in 2011. So I really know what I am saying.

  So Valentina Mintah forms West Blue Consulting in 2012 and it is not even certain she worked on the Nigeria Customs Service single window platform and then comes to Ghana, and John Mahama instructs Julius Debrah to ensure Seth Terkper makes sure she gets the contract for Ghana's single window platform and gets the procurement agency to agree to that recklessness, when nothing shows Valentina Mintah's three(3)year company has the experience and capacity and ability to deliver.
  What at all is wrong with this NDC gov't, because it just doesn't make any sense? What is going in?
  If she is allegedly the late Sqr Ldr. Clend Sowu's daughter and NDC wants to hook her up, do you give an inexperienced, no track record company such a project? Aaaaarrrrhhhh. What, what is this, eeehhhh, what is this?????
  Is it the case that NDC people want their track record and legacy in gov't in this country to be described as incompetence galore with trail and error underpinned by thievery? It is mind-boggling. What legacy paaaa to those NDC people is your John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't leaving in this country?
