If there is transparency what else do you need? doesn't that mean everything is done right and in the open? How can people in government talk like this??? Ghana is doomed!!!

The ministers needs to minimise the waste and parties with oil money . How can you import groupies from another country for your week end exotics. Are you telling there's no exotic girls in Ghana?
