This is definitely a scam and fraud with regards to the amount of money involved,150m us dollars for 2 regional airports,Ethiopia is spending around 80-100m us dollars for 3 state of the art regional airports,we also know the Airports cpmpany is at the moment spending a staggering mouthwatering 100m us dollars on Tamale Airport just on rehabilitating and extending the runway,recently Antigua and Barbuda is just about to open an ultra modern international costing 100m us dollars being by a Chinese state company.

I had read the details of the airport projects ion Ethiopia and there are factors which made them appear cheaper.

Now, what is that abt cutting a sod for a new Ho Airport? I thought an airport project had already been started by the previous Regional Minister?

The people of Upper West and Volta Region will be better of with better roads with bicycle trails than the airports. Upgrade the so called "Gateway to Africa", which looks like one terminal of Heathrow Airport. I wonder the kind of leaders that we have now. Dr. Kwame Nkrumah must be still spinning in his grave.
