  This Is stupid, these guys in Ghana are only interested in themselves and not the consumer just imagine him talking abt revenue and not the cost of building in the country.

  If surplus why the waiting time for cement delivery and why the advance payment required by the local manufacturers. Local cement producers have enjoyed a monopoly situation for far too long and with huge profits. They are too used to dictating prices and they must be subjected to competition. They always cry foul to keep prices up.

IT WAS UNDER THIS SAME NDC GOVERNMENT THAT A CERTAIN PV OBENG REPORTEDLY SIGNED AWAY OUR RIGHTS TO HAVING NEW CEMENT COMPANIES HERE. OH GHANA!

  STOP using Tonnes, Stones, Feet and Yards...among others ! We have abandoned that SYSTEM way back with Acheampong ?? We use "Ghana" and NO MORE "Gold Coast" !!!
