You don't get it. With new technologies for electric cars, hydrogen fuel cells, fracking and other unknown technologies who will buy our oil?
Our leaders are so short-sighted.

Stop lying. Nobody predicted 200,000 bbls/day for Jubilee. Jubilee from the unset was calibrated at 120,000 bbls/day max. That estimation came from the company working on the oil fields and theirs is what was registered. Jubilee is producing at an average of 100,000 due to the associated gas they injected back into the wells since our gas plant designed for the intake of the gas was yet not ready then. However, now that the plant is ready and adequate gas is said to be pumped from the field into the plant could see Jubilee ramping up to the set target as early as next year. So, next time, try and read wide to acquaint oneself with the facts before commenting blindly on a story of such a nature.

What is our benefit from this oil? They should stop disturbing us. It's only a money making venture for the greedy politician.

Can Nigeria be a reliable source of gas supply for the VRA?The VRA must think twice before it signs any gas supply agreement with a nigerian company.
