  The team should include more
  people who know how to create jobs and build industries to solve the nation's challenges in infrastructure development and massive unemployment especially among the youth instead of the academicians who have no business background or experience. That is why we never get things implemented successfully. Because of our love of people with phony phds, we always end up putting square plugs in round holes. No wonder we continue to wallow in the sea of poverty despite our huge endowment of natural resources. Bring more pragmatic accomplished business people who will know how solve our short and long terms national challenges.

  They know how to create business that employ people and pay taxes to support the development of other sectors of the economy. If we put these academics in charge of national development, what at all besides theory can they bring to the table? If we do not give right people in our society a chance to help with national development but instead bring on board our friends who lack the necessary experience, creativity, innovation and risk taking, we will continue to witness no impactful development in the many years ahead.
