Our institutions need such people of ur calibre to run them.Personally, am a secret-admirer of u,just like u n way and manner u do ur things.
Dr,u know what?My humble appeal to u is to make more of da GPS machines for measurement available to ur technical men under ground at least each officer with 1 GPS can measure as many farms.They r really working with da few dat they have and due to dis they r verbally abused n ruined insult upon them by farmers.Gud work!!
