  Can Ghana afford LEAP? Surely, the money would be better spent creating jobs & enterprise. There's a risk of creating a culture of dependency & indolence. Let's hope the funds aren't given for electoral reasons.

  Yoo we hear,we only hope that you are doing a truthful and honest job but if its a jxt a way to rip/embezzle the country's money,then God will deal with each one of you at the right time.May God bless Ghana.

  Are we even serious as Ghanaians? Do we really think well? Are we not aware the best way to help someone is to teach them how to fish,instead of assuming to always be fishing for them? Which countries among even the developed ...

  Are we even serious as Ghanaians? Do we really think well? Are we not aware the best way to help someone is to teach them how to fish,instead of assuming to always be fishing for them? Which countries among even the developed nations can you hear they are sharing money in the name of some God forsaken program.? You make us feel there is no money in our country but you have the gut to share money to people in the name of so called LEAP, whiles you could have created more work/jobs for people to work to earn a living.Do the developed countries do this? They work for it. Or could this be a means of buying votes in 2016? Then i pity those who will fall to this."I gave you money in the name of LEAP so vote for me,so i can give you more"? What a pity.
