  how do u hold assemblies accountable and transparent when the presidents appoints the MMDCE'S DCE'S ETC SO THAT THE CORRUPTION AND THIEVERY OF THE STATE COFFERS BY NDC AND NPP COULD CONTINUE UNABATED ......so the it is a mirage that the people should monitor the performance of these assemblies....WE HAVE EVEN FOOLISHLY ALLOWED MP'S TO CAMPAIGN AS DISTRICT DEVELOPERS WHEN IT IS RATHER THE WORK OF THE DCE,MMDCE, ETC....soooooo much stupidity and intellectual dishonest abound in ghana tooooooo much.
