  Zoom Lion I really don't know the sort projects you have been doing in Ghana over the years?.If what you have been saying is true I hope by now Ghana wil be the CLEANERS Country on Earth I have heard see a lot of complaints by your Staff over pay. May be you are helping other Countries not Ghana as it's always with we Ghannian's we turn to WORK Hard in other countries more than our own country Ghana. Well now we have heard what your plans are we are looking forward that you forefill this Project. Enough money have been given to your company of late as well as the Government of Ghana have help you one way or the other to secure most of your day to day Contracts and.
  Project so we need you to use your experience in building Underground Sewage system in the Country as whole .Accra and Kumasi are the Main Metropolitan areas which need more attention, and then the rest of the Country. We hope you will forefill this project for Mother Ghana.

  What the Company needs now is not opening to sub-contractors but the most needed capacity building in order to manage the PPP projects.

  To give an example, in Europe a town A will not need a company from town B to collect their refuse: in every town, theres is one or more companies from that town that are responsible for refuse collection. That way, the utmost effiecieny is guaranteed.
