  African countries should stop trooping to imf, asia and worldbank for loans. The AU nations should all pony up cash and start your own african infrastructure fund. U borrow money and sign to repay after a certain period with interest. The money stays in africa and the interest on loans stays in africa! These lending agencies are only good at giving bad advice to lenders nations..so they can keep them coming back for more loans. Like the story of the wolf and the blade in the arctic.
