You see in Nigeria and other countrys tanker accidents..They are fires sometimes even in USA on good roads that destroy bridges they hit and burn

The planning, the Foresight or Vision is perfect. But let it be functional and Operative. Without a railline, without several pipelines from the Source this is not an effective and long lasting solution!
