  There is no accountability on the property rates we are paying. They have to tell us how much money they generate and how those money are been spent. How can you estimate value of the property being in heli.

  Ao,Ghana is dead.Everywhere there is lawlessness.How can you fly a helicopter over an industrial area and use it as the basis to charge property rates?

  Forget helicopters. Property rates are based on a percentage of the value. Simply get a certified surveyor to value the property and pay the requisite tax, that way you can demand the services you want.
