So Bawumia has been vindicated, was he not the one who stated the problem of dumsor wasn't technical (i.e generation or capacity) but more of financial?

All what he is saying its a lie.why did he not say these from the beginning, Government owes the utility company and he should pay them and stop shovelling blames. Even one person in the government forces utility bill can pay for compound house usage. government must pay the bills in cash to it forces to responsible players and how things would turn up to.
