  Are these charges the IGP is collecting from the banks sanctioned by law as promulgated and passed by Parliament? Because this looks more like extortion by the Police Service led by Mohammed Alhassan and it needs to be justified as to why, how and what those charges are used for and by who?

  How many Police men died in the line of performing bank guard duties? Go to banks and see de delapidated structures police seat in whiles de stupid bankers seats in an aircondition room. IGP let them pay more.

  Mr Robert Amoah or what u call urself, no one is forcing u OK . u can stop the police from coming to preform the bank guard duty if u think the money paying is too much for you. when this same police man comes in for loan do u give it out without interest? no''. you can stop the police and add something to your security guards that u pay them ghc 200 for a month,this guards open ur door for costumers till u close, come to work at 5am and close at 6pm every day for a month and u pay them ghc200 army rubbers stop complaining rubbish u think u are smart some one also smarter than u wawaah momo

  Mr, Chairman, may be right or wrong. But let me schooled you on Police Escorting of Private Property under the C. I. 76, Police service Regulations. This law was passed by Ghana Parliament on 15th of August, 2012. And in that very enactment, Regulation 151. For purpose of education, I quote; " The Police service may on application by a cilivian provide a Police escort for the protection of private property". And in going further to the Regulations that gives the IGP. the authority to determine how much the applicant should pay. The IGP had not and let me state per the law he had not engaged in any extortions, please be educated. Moreover, Regulation 154. "The person who applies for an escort is responsible for the payment of the charges and expenses referred to in regulation 152(4), and a certificate of the competent Police authority as to the amount of the monies due is conclusive evidence of the amount" Yes Mr. Chairman and social commentators who might think my humble IGP. Is extorting monies is not true. My IGP is a man of high integrity and good manners. I am not Holly saying he cannot be tempted. Day in, Day out you same people tempt us. Yes, one may say am a Policeman that is why I am supporting my IGP. Please you are wrong! Check me out where I work, I have issues with colleagues and seniors in ranks for openly expressing my discomforts for bribery and extortions.
