  All you have to do is wAtch a Video of customer service from PNC or Chase Bank in USA and you will know what service is about. From the time you touch the knob of the door to the bank to the time you complete your transactions that are all over you . Offering tea or coffe to candy to greeting you by your name. They greet you and smile with their eye focus on you and you alone.

  This survey is the most bias survey I have ever heared of. Maybe this officials are shareholders of their first class banks. Pls how can conduct a survey on banks in only Accra? Pls come to Ho and Kpando v/R n see. In have never received thank you b4 in any this banks branch. They dont welcome u , no thank u, they behave as if the money is theirs n u have to beg for it. Always one fraun face Teller. Pls do more on this kind of survey n give us n convinced feedback

  Standard Chartered refuses to RESPOND to simple email inquiries even when reminded they still ignore. An accra branch officer at OSU warned me not to call again for simple customer information
