  America is a mature country in terms of how things work, in Africa control of the economy works. In South Africa, Botswana some positions are reserved for black citizens no matter how competent and qualified a foreigner is. How ever in Ghana , we are free for all. Nkrumah got independence for us to develop our capacity t manage ourselves. If we cannot give Ghanaian firms then the foreign company must have a partner locally 50-50 or majority stake by the local partner but he has to pay market related price for the stake. The SA people especially should be given a taste of their medicine.
