because the people like Tekpe in government dont understand how to resurrect a declining business.
Nigerial imports and exorts laws used to be the same like Ghana, when they noticed a continues declination -they made a flat rate of importations to multivate the business partners and citizens to invest more in their economy.
typical example is the importation of vehicles, they now had a nultivational minimum rate without barriers.
