    dangerous move. It is more advisable HFC Bank lends the funds to an arms-length Real Estate developer to do it.

    Ghana cannot let the bankers be both estate agents and bankers it either one but not both ,both will lead to fraud ,home value manipulations and will destroy Ghana emerging real estate market watch out Ghana no no no
