  Its not just donation that needs transparency it's the use of the money that needs transparency. Kwabeyan area in Ghana has not had light for over four days . This area has no water . It's been cut off from Ghana with no road ...

  Its not just donation that needs transparency it's the use of the money that needs transparency. Kwabeyan area in Ghana has not had light for over four days . This area has no water . It's been cut off from Ghana with no roads all the secondary roads are soo bad you have to park your car and walk . The reason why is its NPP strong hold so let them suffer ?????
