We called for democracy and should accept what comes with it. Competition is good for business and consumers enjoy and benefit from it. We are not in North Korea and China where the government monopolizes and dictates trade.

Don't mind them, those youths have no clue, they need to sit down with somebody knowledgeable to educate them to know that cheap cement benefits more people than people who benefit from that factory, they should rather tell that company to reduce the price of their cement to compete with others.
These foolishness has to stop, democracy is not madness, you dont lose your minds in the name of democracy,I can't believe anybody in his right mind will go on demonstration to stop competition that will reduce the price of goods which benefit the larger population.
They should get lost with their stupidity, enough of their stupidity, they demonstrated against Joe Gidisu for recommending a road be constructed through the beach to the border instead of the Dual-Carriage Way but they didn't get even the Dual-Carriage Way and the road through the bridge was also not constructed which makes all their demonstrations foolish, their leaders will turn around to take bribe and that is the end of the story.
They should rather demonstrate to demand why the Dual-Carriage Way and the beach road was not constructed instead of fighting a losing battle, government or the president has no power to stop importation of cement, there is no law against importation of cement,we need the cement cheap in the country and if Dangote will make it that way we love it.

If that happens you will use sand to build your houses. Stop disgracing us. Foolishness and stupidity at its peak

The NDC government should listen to the demonstrators as the country should encourage industralisation in the country as well as youth unemployment at all cost. What the government should do is to give the same reasonable quarter of the Nigerian suppliers to that of Ghanaian suppliers of our good cement export to Nigeria. We should also remind ourselves that not all cheap and inferior goods dump in our country are good for the country in the long run as many buildings built in Asia such as India, Bengladesh and even in Ghana collapsed. The government which does not listen to future rulers of our country for good causes do so at their own advantage at the elections. "A word to a wise is enough."

The Aflao youth have nothing meaningful to do hence wasting their time on this baseless demonstration. In a country where almost everything is being imported there is no basis to demonstrate against one single item being imported from Nigeria. If they are talking about unemployment they must demonstrate against all imported items and not only cement. I can say for certain that this demonstration was engineered by Diamond Cement that has given the youth some money or T shirts to do that. Baseless and senseless demonstration.
