According the Chicago Convention all companies active in passage of passengers and cargo are FREE ZONE COMPANIES. except in Ghana, there they all pay taxes and duties and passengers and cargo handling costs are higher in Ghana than in many other countries because of that.
PLEASE GHANA IMPLEMENT OLD AGREEMENTS AS WELL !
