  Tertiary institutions need industries to thrive. There needs to be an industry body that maps HR needs with graduate expectations. Lack of this alignment, the wrong HR expertise is brewed. This furthers my argument that the right integrated development agenda in Ghana is missing. If there was that integrated development agenda, coupled with a data based decision support system, we would be better in control of our key resources - the people.
