Inasmuch as we want to patronise made in Ghana goods our local manufacturers are not fair to Ghanaians. All your prices are not good and no one can force anyone to buy anything expensive. It is happening in telecom services, textiles etc.Ghanaians are only paying for inefficiencies, greed and collusion of those who are to seek their interest. Cement can go down to as low as 4 dollars and people can still make profit

I think the CMAG need to think about how to compete. Competition is good for the economy because it eliminate monopoly, brings about quality, innovation, etc. And the people of Ghana win when there is a competitive market. I know most Chinese products are not of a good quality so the CMAG can compete on quality. They can also compete on price, customers, etc. They neet to stop whining and start thinking outside the box.

You are now crying maa...maa. Ghacem is also advertising all over the place. The monopoly you have been enjoying for decades is now evaporating with the importation of cement from China and Nigeria. If you want to compete, just improve your manufacturing processes and reduce your operational costs, including fat salaries to top management.

What about the other Ps. I remember attending an interview for one cement company and sailed through but they sold my job to someone who couldn't perform his task as marketer in the north. God punish you for requesting for halting to imported bagged cements.
