  Until you start emulating what is done in the west you labour in vain . Bank tellers in the USA stand all day . Bank clerks in Ghana sit all day with unflattering faces behind the counter. Bank clerks in the USA are high school students . Bank clerks in Ghana are graduates why? Waste and waste of resources is all Ghana knows. Engineers in the UK or USA turn screws engineers in Ghana sign signature only . In fact they don't know how to hit a nail into a wood . God please accelerate your return to Africa because that is what all the prayers are for .

  Does this woman know the numbers of skills that are wasted in Ghana? She should question policies and learn about the relationship between labour, capital, land, entrepreneurship and information. These in their optimal proportions would do the trick. Not the education per se.

  Is this lady really cut for the position looking at what she did before she became head of GIPC?
  
  This position should be handled by a person who has managed investments, businessman/woman with the formal training, has years of experience in places like Wall Street to know  people who have the money to invest in Ghana. How many investors has she brought to Ghana or how many Ghanaian investors has she created since she took over?
  
  It is investments that create jobs but unemployment numbers has been rising since NDC has been in power.
