Ghana is a signatory to the Chicago Convention on Civil aviation since 1957. But Ghana, never fully implemented the agreement.
Up until today Ghanaian and foreign companies using the airport for transit of cargo and passengers are being taxed by Ghana on Tax Free services leading to one of the highest transfer cost in the world at our airport.

Yes,it's true read in Swiss newspaper. Look like gh gov is not say any thing about it. Could be a danger for Ghana to have 2 terroriste in the country
