  REDUCE THE MANY NUMBER OF OFFICERS EMPLOYED THERE.
  
  THOSE WHO ARE NEARING TO THEIR RETIRING AGE, HAVE TO BE RETIRED.

  Ghanaian banks are only same as susu collection points. In real scheme of facilitating development our banks are only susu collection points and do nothing to accelerate the development of the country. Their inefficient services coupled with uneconomic interest rates rather retard progress. There is nothing modern about banks in Ghana
