  Ghanaians seem to pay for resources Ghana ia endowed with. Ghana is producing oil and world oil prices have gone down past $33/barrel and fuel prices are going down in some countries. But Ghana's is rather going up.

  Ghanaians seem to pay for resources Ghana ia endowed with. Ghana is producing oil and world oil prices have gone down past $33/barrel and fuel prices are going down in some countries. But Ghana's is rather going up.
  
  The Volta dam belongs to Ghanaians but electricity prices Ghanaian consumers are paying reflect the cost of gas or crude oil generations prices. Is there a way to assign the lower fuel cost (hydro) to poorer Ghanaians who possibly cannot pay much and the cost of gas or crude oil to industries and export since they can better pay for it? Can solar at community level help lower the cost borne by Ghanaian residential consumers?
  Gold Cocoa etc are no exception. Private investors seem to benefit more than the ordinary Ghanaian.
  Someone help me know what Ghanaian enjoy as Ghanaians from the resources Ghana owns? No insults here please

  I am quite certain that GCB was made to deal with the TOR debt when the post-JAK NDC came to power. It would seem we are being ripped off!!!
