  was operating a Ponzi scheme! What does he mean by "close to a Ponzi scheme"?

  Lazy suit wearing people. Your responsibility as a regulator is to prevent such bad MFIs from robbing the innocent people. Rhetoric systems, measures, plans with no actions. Shame on you BOG..
