  Even in tong tong those two Ghanaian restaurants do it as a business n having their own exchange rate that favors them most. Ghana is sleeping n is time we wake up.

  The article stated that the Ghanaian cedi is being accepted in some parts of Guangzhou. I visited the AFRICAN POT restaurant, run by a Chinese and a Ghanaian partner. I was short of local currency and it came in very handy to learn I could use Cedis to get a meal. I think its a very good idea. Why all the negative chants.

  The information out there is false.It's a pure propaganda been orchestrated by the Ghana councilor.its not true that all restaurant in Guangzhou accepts Ghana cedis.its only one restaurant that does that just because the husband claims to be a ghanaian but he is not.
  
  The Ghana Councillor went to that restaurant once and he was told that story and he too is making it looks like its official.The whole story is propaganda just to win traders vote.
  Ghanaians please wise up,there is nothing like that,so please do not bring your cedis to china thinking its been accepted here,just for you to be embarrassed.
