  even tho sky high deposit interest rates mean another DKM...High loan rates are preventing development of the housing market...Loans for homes in USA are 4% and loans for cars/trucks from GM or Ford can be 4% or less since they think they can profit from service work...Only people with bad credit get credit card rates of 24%
