It is sad that in Ghana laws do not work and that is why in terms of corruption civil servants in Ghana are rotten to the core.Civil servants steal, embezzle state funds and are cited in Auditor General Reports and nothing is done to them.I am a civil servant in the UK and I will never think of acting fraudulently against the state because I know I will be caught, prosecuted and jailed.Robust systems are also in place to quickly expose civil servants who act fraudulently. If the government of Ghana will not act on the Auditor General's Report then there is no need for him to compile such reports.Or the Auditor General's Department should be disbanded altogether.

The unemployed graduates of GHANA are sooo HUNGRY and their way out would earnestly go against the sitting Government if nothing is done about it before 2016 POLLS!
