  How about advising Ghanaian Businesses to pull resources together and bid for these projects Mr. Seth Adjei-Baah? That is actually the problem, the mistrust amongs our businesses in Ghana.

  Kwaku what if government devise a means to bring a larger participation from the teeming informal sector, won't such act help to disperse the mistrust in the long run? I think that is what Shaaba is taking about.

  Spot on my friend. It is a numbers game and Ghana has never been able to plan and co-ordinate its citizens who reside outside and who have access to the hard currency (US Dollars) to invest in such projects. So how about the Stock Exchange? Can't it be utilized to secure such funds targeting particularly Ghanaian citizens outside Ghana? We lack creativity at the top and we never find solutions but keep on stating the problems over and over and over again. Let's get creative Ghana... we are going backwards.

  IT IS THE PRIVATE SECTOR THAT HAS TO PARTNER UNIVERSITIES IN THE INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY AND FR THE PRIVATE SECTOR TO INNOVATE IN NEW PRODUCTS AND TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC GROWTH IN A COUNTRY.
  
  WHEN EDUCATED CITIZENS OF A COUNTRY CANNOT USE SCIENTIFIC INNOVATION, TECHNOLOGY AND CREAITIVITY TO PROPEL ECONOMIC GROWTH,ANYBODY COMES IN WITH PRIMITIVE PROPOSALS AND TO CRIPPLE THE ECONOMY OF A COUNTRY.
