How about advising Ghanaian Businesses to pull resources together and bid for these projects Mr. Seth Adjei-Baah? That is actually the problem, the mistrust amongs our businesses in Ghana.
Kwaku what if government devise a means to bring a larger participation from the teeming informal sector, won't such act help to disperse the mistrust in the long run? I think that is what Shaaba is taking about.
