    Koo Nimo the joker, Mahama was not president in 2009. It was your Kronfuor that was president, so if there should be any blame, you must lay it where it deserves.

    Dig deeper and see who owns the company and who brought in the Nigerian. It could be John or Ibrahim Mahama. Nigeria is a country where you can even bribe a high profile security man with a pack of cigarettes.
