    Justify it and do it promptly else the political pundits. This project will be best accepted if the minister comes back and offers a comprehensive defense else it will not go anywhere and the foreign investor will shy away

    ENI is totally capable to do this project. Nobody in Ghana is, so foreign partners are a must. But if every investor has to feed half the government and their families good deals will never be available for the country.

    Price of US gas delivered to households from January to November 2015. I would assume for bulk purchase the rate would at least 30% lower
