  Let me ask the question what job are you planning to create. Shoe manufacturing plant or gari processing factory . What job are you going to create and where is that job going to be located . The Govenment will spend half of the money on luxury heavy duty4X4 and spend the other half on politics and nothing on job creation . Trust me on this. The only way you can guarantee this is if EU comes to Ghana and build the job for Ghana. Since the black man is again not capable of managing his own affairs.
