  Those with college degrees just want to sit in office buildings thinking about breakfast and lunch and girls. Invent something, hell no!
  
  We need to invest all that money in law and order first, then we an employ all these useless street hawkers to start building subterranean passage ways railways and roadways. Why do we all have to be above ground. from 8 million to 25 million in 50 years and no major development, just erecting buildings in unplanned communities. Hold onto that money EU.

  OUR ONCE WELL ORGANISED LABOUR DEPARTMENT,WHICH WERE USED FOR LABOUR RECRUITMENTS,APPRENTICES AND PAYMENTS OF INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENTS IN GHANA ARE STILL NOT FUNCTIONAL BUT BROKEN DOWN, HOW ON EARTH CAN SUCH AN AGREEMENT WITH €31.6m BE IN THE POSITION TO GIVE RISE TO EMPLOYMENT IN THE COUNTRY.
