  Someone should tell Collins Dauda that Ghanaians pay tax. The reason for government borrowing is not because GRA is failing. It is because of corruption. Inflated cost of doing anything, SMARTIES, SUBA, RLG, SADA.

  Someone should tell Collins Dauda that Ghanaians pay tax. The reason for government borrowing is not because GRA is failing. It is because of corruption. Inflated cost of doing anything, SMARTIES, SUBA, RLG, SADA.
  CORRUPTION and INFLATED PRICES ARE THE CAUSES. HOW CAN WE BUDGET TO SPEND OVER GHC368 million on Capacity Building in 2016 but spend Ghc27 million on Agric in 2016? Are we serious as a country? WHAT CAPACITY ARE WE BUILDING? CHOP CHOP.
  SO TELL COLLINS DAUDA OUR GREED AND STUPIDITY IS MAKING US BORROW.

  It is not how much they made: it is how much they SPENT to make that amount. That is what is more important. Those tax officers have scanners at the ports and yet employ loads of officers to visually inspect goods about 5 times from container to exit. They waste a good part of collected on unneeded workers.
