  registering means nothing to criminals they can have fake id and pretend to be tourist,,,gov, should have listen to phone calls of suspects and the can do that with radio equipment set on right channel...cell phones are radio ...

Nigeria should have secured the border and weapons in the country

  more likely lives where lost due to no response from military,police,fire department or ambulance..this is africa after all where child birth can cause death...response times compared to USA are dismal...City areas of USA can ...
