  Mr Nico, Please investigate PUMA and VIVO Energy to find out how they managed to get a licence to operate in Ghana. If you are can't be bothered, please keep quiet. When foreign controlled companies are breaking laws in Ghana you people turn a blind eye but when Ghanaians are trying to do anything to benefit us you start crying foul.
