True, it's all part of the sale of ECG. Our govt has started the process, so, money has been released to the sector to give the private investors an easy start on the "gravy train".

It will be wise for the US government should rather give Ghana power equipment than handling the money to the president for we know he is a thief and he will steal it and put it into his accounts for is personal use.

Politicians in the U.S. extort money from American citizens - and then give it to the politicians in Ghana.
There will be NO improvement in the infrastructure in Ghana UNTIL private investors start investing in the future of Ghana.
The entire WORLD needs to re-learn that 'governments' are the problem - not the solution!
