the fisher-folk complained bitterly about the cost of outboard motors being distributed to them at a subsidized price by government.

According to them, although over thousands of the equipment had been made available to them, they in the Western Region are without it because they cannot afford.

This is disgraceful and an insult to the fisher folks. Why should this TALKTALK president wait till election period before ordering subsidised outboard motors for them. Anyway why is this president so desperate to hang on to power when he has seriously failed Ghanaian youths with this unprecedented unemployment. Let's be blunt Mr President you lack the vision to rule this country period.
