  Would it not help create confidence in the GNPC's management, if such statements are accompanied by contract figures - in this instance, figures for the costs of the roads and gas pipelines, which Mr. Mould says the company's cash was used to finance: so that Ghanaians can judge whether or not those projects are Petrobras-style rip-:-) :kkoff opportunities for some of our nation's vampire-elites?
