  All that juicy stuff, yes we like it and want it, but to solve our primitive savage problems, control to the max all trotro's and taxi registration. Ban 75% of them from operating because they are not toad worth. Also prosecute all DVLA officials passing these vehicles.
  
  Maybe if we melt all these useless death traps down we can build rail road lines to the rural areas, and keep them off the roads hopefully. We all know what the rail lines in India looks like...another 3rd world country far away from Africa.
