CAN THIS MAHAMA MINISTER TELL ME THE CORE BUSINESS OF INSURANCE BUSINESS AND WHETHER IT INCLUDES FINANCING OF BUSINESSES. OR IS HE ASKING THEM TO LOCK INSURANCE PREMIUMS PAID FOR LENDING. AH THIS MAN HAS SIMPLY LOST IT.

  This honorary doctor does not seem to make sense. In the first place most of these insurance companies are not liquid due to the SME's refusal to insure their businesses/properties. Very foolish suggestion that is baseless.
