Ghana has no future if our leaders cannot independently think for Ghana but fall to the dictate of the IMF, the World Bank, or any foreign powers - these institutions are not philanthropies.

They are privately held For-Profit entities that are seeking their own economic interests. How on earth could Ghana's Prime Interest Rate be hoovering around 25 and 30% when US Fed Fund Rate has been near Zero (0%)for almost a decade, whilst Europe, Japan and Eastern countries are considering a negative interest rate?

It is so sad how we African elites have unconsciously accepted our Doctorate Degrees as something very irrelevant. At this point, I no longer blame the officials the helm of affairs. The reason is, I am afraid to say that maybe, I may be tempted to act similarly stupid when I am put me in charge of BoG - but this is really a very SAD situation for the black race!
