  For years now we have been begging the government to set up uniform requirements for applicants and to insure all private financial institutions loans to help create and grow small businesses.The Nigerians did it about ten years ago and have successfully grown the economy, reduced unemployment and poverty and even added to the government coffers through light taxation.This sounds like election year lip service to me.

  Most commentators on ghanaweb.com are not very educated and some are school drop outs who don't have the capacity to analyze and comment on issues related to this program.
  Hundreds plus people would have been seen commenting if the issue here has to do with cheap political propaganda.
